Dr. Susan Brown - Hooper

Dr. Susan Brown - Hooper is the founding principal of Oakbridge Chiropractic. She brings a unique combination of experience and knowledge to her practice. During her nineteen years in the pharmaceutical field, she earned a Ph.D. in pharmaceutics from the University of Connecticut, taught at the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy and conducted research at a major pharmaceutical company. Dr. Hooper was involved in the design and analysis of clinical studies for drugs aimed at diabetes, cancer, depression, asthma, endocrine disorders, cardiovascular disease and infectious diseases. As a result, Dr. Hooper has an in-depth understanding of her patients’ conditions and integrates elements of their health history and exam to make recommendations.

Dr. Hooper has studied the Blair technique since 1997, and is a fully certified Blair instructor, training students and doctors in the technique. She is currently serving as the vice president of the William G. Blair Chiropractic Society.
